Cheryl Thomas, #MeToo Goes Global and Here’s Why

On July 2, Cheryl Thomas, the founding Director and CEO of Global Rights for Women, spoke on another very timely and important subject: the global impact and significance of the #MeToo movement.  Ms. Thomas has spent three decades promoting women’s rights around the world and finding effective ways to combat violence against women. Since 1993, Ms. Thomas worked with partners around the world to promote women’s human rights and achieve effective legal reform to end violence against women.
