Our Internship Program

The Public Policy Forum provides a summer internship program for outstanding Crested Butte Community School students prior to their senior year. Seniors selected for the program actively support the Forum through their interaction with speakers and community leaders. They also take advantage of the Forum’s opportunities to engage in contemporary global, national and local issues themselves. The Forum awards its interns with a modest scholarship to the institutions the students will be attending after graduation. Previous interns have gone on to pursue studies in politics, environmental science, international relations and medicine, leveraging their experiences and learnings from the Public Policy Forum. We are proud of our senior interns and expect great things from them in the future.

COVID had it’s challenges, but our interns rose to the occasion.
