Mark Keightley, PhD, Taxing American Corporations in an Increasingly Global Economy

Mark Keightley is an economist at the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) in Washington, DC. At CRS he advises Congress and their staff on macroeconomic fiscal policy, business and international corporate taxation, and housing policy. Prior to joining CRS, Mark was a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and an associate at the Congressional Budget Office. He holds a PhD in economics from Florida State University.
